Skin blisters are a common problem caused by friction from shoes or clothing which rubs repeatedly on the skin causing friction burns. As the outer layer of skin separates from the inner layers the space between fills with lymph fluid which can create pain until the blister bursts. Any burst blisters should be covered until the area has healed.
If you are in doubt about what the problem is with your feet either see your GP or make an appointment with an HCPC registered Podiatrist
